Our Vision is to Develop a Strategic Plan for Economic Development That will Provide homes for the homeless, and rehabilitation for substance abusers.

We will use educational and community developmental programs to help residents to become self relient and a functional part of the community. The work we have already begun has shown that we are on the right track. There are the children whose grades have improved and others that are no longer considered to be problem students. We have Substance abusers that are more productive citizens in our communities. We will strive to reach the Lost, Teach the found, and Make fruitful and productive citizens.
