First Lady

 Deloise C. Thorne a native of Peachland, North Carolina, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Fayetteville State University, and a Doctorate in Counseling   and Christian Education from Trinity School of Religion, Hinesville, Georgia. She is retired from government after 30 years of service, which included  Revenue Officer,   Secretary, and Personnel Office and BSEP Instructor Central Texas College, Fort Stewart, Georgia. She presently substitutes as a teacher for the Liberty County Board of   Education, and a Learning Coach, Hinesville, Georgia. She is also a Martial Arts Instructor. She faithfully serves the First Calvary Missionary Baptist Church under the   leadership of Pastor Sinclair L. Thorne as a Sunday School Teacher and  Youth Evangelism Explosion teacher,  Coordinator for the Tutoring, Mission Instructor, Program   Coordinator, and Minister Spouses Ministry. Mrs. Thorne is the Dean for the Tattnall Missionary Baptist Association, Inc. She serves as Secretary, Women Of Excellence   Coordinator, and Dean of the First Certified School in the Congress of Christian Education in the First District of the General Missionary Baptist Convention of Georgia, INC She   is the wife of Pastor Thorne and mother of Delisa and James.
